Which methods of payments do you accept?
Currently, SDG accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card payments.


How can I purchase direct from SDG?
If you are looking to purchase goods directly, SDG encourages you shop online. However, if you would like to purchase via phone, please feel free to contact the sales and customer service department  at: 877.SDG.COMP(734.2667)


How do I know if my CC details are safe?
SDG is committed to secure shopping and credit card transactions by the use of a AES-256 SSL encryption.


When will my CC be charged for an online purchase?
Once you place the order, your CC will be pre-authorized. And when the order is received, confirmed and packed, your CC will then be processed / billed to complete the transaction.


What freight options are available?
All packages from SDG are shipped using UPS. You may choose your desired service (Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air and Ground) during the final check out stages of the order.


Which countries do you ship to?
SDG is only authorized to sell / ship in N.America – USA. If you are looking to purchase from outside of these territories, please visit our dealer page for a distributor in your region or contact sales@sdgcomponents.com


Do you ship to PO Boxes?
PO boxes will only be shipped via US Postal Service.  

 

How long does it take to ship my order?
When the order is accepted and if the goods are available and in stock, orders ship from our Southern California warehouse when 24hrs. Please note, we DO NOT process over the weekend and holidays

 

Will I receive a shipping tracking number?
Yes, once the online order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email that the goods have shipped, along with the UPS Tracking Number for reference.

 

What if I received the wrong goods / and or need to return my purchase?
In the unlikely event of a mis-ship, SDG will provide a UPS call tag (covering the return shipping) and send out the correct item (s) at no charge. If you would like to return or exchange any unused product within 60 days of purchase, the product must be in it’s original packaging, show no signs of use or installation and the original invoice must be presented. SDG will refund 100% of the product invoice cost, but shipping charges will not be refunded and all return shipping fees will be your responsibility.
